Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose the product you want, select any options such as size, color, or quantity, then click Add to Cart. When you’re ready, go to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering, and we’ll do our best to help.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us with the email address used at checkout.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location, the product, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Do you offer free shipping?
We may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotions. Any available free shipping options will appear at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to select countries. Available shipping destinations will appear at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you should receive a tracking link by email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging. Some items may be final sale.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send instructions for the next steps.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available for eligible items, depending on stock availability.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you may be able to sign up for restock notifications if available.
Are your products exactly as shown in the photos?
We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, gift cards may be available and can be purchased directly from our store.

We accept major credit cards and other payment options shown at checkout, such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal if enabled.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. We do not store your full payment details.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
What if I received the wrong item?
Please contact us right away with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll help make it right.
